Delivery Policy

Occasionally, floral substitutions are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style and theme of your arrangement are preserved and will substitute only fresh flowers of equal or higher value. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of the day, but we cannot guarantee it.

The customer is responsible for the recipient’s information to be complete and correct. Casa de Flores will contact the recipient BEFORE delivery to arrange delivery times.

During extreme weather conditions, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on time and date. However, the order will be delivered as soon as possible.

Please be advised that we cannot cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery. Cancellations or change requests are NOT ACCEPTED via email; please call our shop directly if you need to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any orders.

Orders are NOT accepted on any social media platforms.

If, for any reason, you are not happy with the service rendered or with the flowers delivered, please get in touch with us so we can solve it as soon as possible.
